full uk vote on Scotlands devolution
The devolution of Scotland from the UK will effect the English, Welsh and Irish also. The government should arrange and allow the English, Welsh and Irish to have the same rights being afforded to the Scottish by giving the vote on Scottish devolution to English, Welsh and Irish voters.
The rights of the Scots to determine their future directly effects the UK as a whole and as such the UK should be allowed to show if we want Scotland to remain in the UK.
