Strip Norman Bettison of his Knighthood

Former Chief Constable Norman Bettison has been identified by the IPCC, that if he was a serving officer he should be sacked for "Gross Misconduct".
Mr. Bettison was one of the officers in charge of preparing the reports after the Hillsborough disaster covering the conduct and actions of the South Yorkshire force during that day.
His actions and attitude at the time of the disaster and the 23 years on, should be debated in the house, culminating in the stripping of his knighthood
