ISA in Joint Names and remain tax free on death

Additional Information

Permit existing ISAs to be converted into joint names and also permit new ISAs to be created in joint names. This will allow spouses of deceased holders to access funds without waiting for probate. Also to allow tax free status of all deposits to continue for surviving partner.
