Create a new public energy utility to reduce public debt

Additional Information

As a way to reduce the deficit without incurring an extra burden on the public.

If a new public energy utility was created with all profits been directed entirely towards deficit reduction.

Once, the deficit is reduced then the utility could be "set free" to be run as a commercial enterprise.

To ensure it is a civic minded approach and choice of the people. Prices for energy could be set at 10% above British Gas prices as not to stifle the existing energy market.
