Return of Dog Licences

Additional Information

Suggest that all dog owners have to obtain a dog licence for their dogs at miminum cost of £50.
This would put off people buying dogs and using them to frighten other people ( such as bull terriers).

Also it would bring in income to pay for dog wardens.
