All MPs and Ministers to have a job for at least 3 years before getting into the political system.

Additional Information

I believe the concept of career politicians is wrong. If the future leaders of this nation have yet to work and lead a normal life as the majority of us do how can they relate to us in any way? I would like MPs and Ministers to have a real job for at least 3 years before getting into government and governing this country.
