New Law For Fire Alarms In The Hall Ways Of Flats

I want a law for smoke alarms to have to be fitted in hallways of flats as there was a fire in the hallway on my flats and i was trapped because the fire was at the bottom of the stairs by the time i got woke up the fire service had to rescue me and 5 others
