Perfomance based, minimum wage for politicians

This petition is to call for politicians wages to be set at the minimum wage, to be perfomance based, so that when they start positively affecting the lives of regular citizens, they get a raise once a year in line with 'common' workers; Our politicians need incentives to do what they're paid for.
