Allow purchase of season tickets via salary secrifice scheme

Additional Information

I propose that commuters who purchase season tickets for travel to work on buses and trains, be allowed to buy these tickets on a salaray sacrifice scheme similar to pensions.

This would help to encourage more people to leave their cars at home, and would also be very much appreciated by regular train commuters who have seen above inflation price rises for many years.
