NHS Foreign Nationals treatment payment

Additional Information

Whilst it is right non qualifying foreign nationals should be given access to our excellent healthcare system, we petition that a non revokable payment method, to cover costs incurred in doing so, is gathered from the patient before treatment, at the public expense, is administered.
