Explain why Government denies ChemTrails when spray plane functioning nozzles are on Internet videos of Boeing 737s.

Please give an explanation to Parliament as to why children growing up today in the UK have never seen a naturally deep blue sky, only the pale blue left by the officially non-existent 'ChemTrails' photographed in many videos suddenly switiching on an off unlike 'contrails'. UN Agenda 21calls for sunshine reflective measures to reduce global warming, now visibly effective and possibly causing the 2012 crop failures. Why, if officially, "there are no ChemTrails," are nozzles fitted to the wings of these planes on the videos?
