Petition Action

Ensure Capita audio record Personal Indepence Payment assessment to ensure accuracy of reports

Additional Information

We want Capita to record every single assessment based on an opt-out rather than an opt-in system.

This will ensure that if there is a dispute between the assessor and claimant it can be rectified without lengthy appeals inbetween.

Allowing a claimant to record their own interview for evidence could open up the suggestion that their recordings are manipulated or falsified. If Capita records two copies at the same time then there can be no dispute.

Ensure that every single assessment is recorded (unless a claimant opts out).
