ban the ignorant from signing petitions regarding e-cigs before they are aware of the full facts
people who succumb to scare mongering, ignorance or a general lack of brain power should not be able to comment on e-cigs without at least understanding the basics of the usage of equipment, health benefits, and regulation ALREADY in place.. thank you..
