Speed restrictors set to 70mph for all new 3.5 ton and above commercial vehicles
These commercial vehicles are seen at high speed and tailgating other road users daily. They are not stable at high speed and are a potential accident waiting to happen. By restricting them to the motorway/dual carriageway national speed limit they will not be able to speed and will save future lives and injuries.
