End euthanasia of healthy animals
We (the signed) demand action to help protect against animals being put down without good cause. This would not affect animals that are "dangerous" or animals with "health problems" but would be primarily aimed at those in re-homing shelters, who are frequently "put down" without a just reason, other than to save money.
