Reintroduce corporal punishment in schools

The growth of juvenile delinquency is directly proportionate to the growth of laxity in school discipline. Reintroducing corporal punishment, whether it be the cane, the slipper, the paddle or the birch, is the only effective deterrent and would ensure a decrease in serious crime in school-leavers.
