Quiet zones for London Borough of Hounslow Libraries
Lack of quiet study areas in Hounlow borough libraries are putting students and others at a disadvantage compared to neighbouring boroughs (eg Richmond). Residents are being deprived on a place to study. Sign this petition to instate a borough wide low noise level policy.
