Force energy companies to compete truly against each other.

Additional Information

The only way to drive the prices down is to force these energy companies to compete truly against each other by only allowing them to raise there prices all at the same time once a year say in the month of April and hold them for 12 month. That way people would move on mass to the cheapest and that would stop the rolling cartel the energy companies all have been running.
