Proposal for a permanent statute of Margaret Thatcher on the Fourth Plinth at Trafalgar Square
We propose that the government commission the creation of a permanent memorial statue of Baroness Margaret Thatcher, to be installed permanently on the fourth plinth of Trafalgar Square.
