raise minimum wage
If you want more people off benefits and back into work the obvious answer is to raise the minimum wage to at least £8.00 ph and pay this to 16 to 20 year olds also. Expecting a person between 16 and 20 years to do the same job as a 21year old plus but for far less wages is disgusting.
