Petition to Southend-on-Sea Borough Council.

Under proposals by Southend-on-Sea Borough Council Leigh Library is under threat. The proposals could result in the library closing.

We, the undersigned, petition Southend-on-Sea Borough Council to retain Leigh Library as a fully funded, professionally staffed library.

Individuals signing this petition must live, work or study in Leigh-on-Sea.
