Introduce Water Cannons for the control of Rioters

Additional Information

Too much time and money is wasted bringing rioters under control.
Not enough consequences are given to offenders to deter them.
Too much financial loss from theft, disruption and building damage is caused by rioters.

I support the introduction of water cannons in riots to bring the rioters under control, thereby saving the country money, time, policing and legal process.
