The British government has recently decided to fund a special police, also known as liyuu police, in Somali regional state in Ethiopia. However, this police force is accused of extra-judicial killing, rape, murder, torture, abduction, coercive villagisation and many human right violations, for further information please look at January 10th 2013's edition of the Guardian Newspapers or Human Right Watch's website.
