Petition Action

Change 'human resources' back to 'Personnel'

Additional Information

Does your employer have a 'Human Resources' department?
The organisers of this e-petition feel it is 'inhuman', degrading, stressful and anxiety-inducing for employees to be implicitly or explicitly referred to in this cold, depersonalising and purely functional manner.
Please sign this e-petition asking the government to ensure that employers are no-longer allowed to addess employees in this way, but instead by e.g. the more respectful and 'humane' term 'personnel' (which, for some reason, seems to have been displaced in recent years.)
