Petition Action

Minimum wage

Additional Information

Minimum wage in London needs to be £12 an hour . As an incentive to employers , could the Government, suspend the employers, portion of the national insurance tax . The employee will pay his portion , plus of course his income tax . And adjust the hiring and firing laws . What puts me off is, taking on new staff , it's amounts adoption . Why must we give x number of warnings . If we fire someone, we will soon realise, if we've chosen correctly , and will suffer that loss why go to a Tribunil?
