stop the dumping of commercial chemicals in the english channel that is killing thousands of sea birds

Additional Information

Over the past few months there have been various incidents where hundreds of sea birds washed ashore covered in a thick sticky substance, causing them to drown and it entering the food chain. We are calling for the ban of any chemicals being released at sea; be it in the english channel or otherwise; by any commercial or public company.
