limit state benefits to be within the tax threshold
I would like to suggest to the government , that the benefit cap paid to individuals, who are under the age of the women's retirement age.
The amount of benefits paid whether its Housing/council tax, personal independence payment and universal credit should not exceed the current or future tax free allowance paid to an individual for example the £9440 for 2013/2014 period and future years of tax thresholds.
Those who`s overall payments exceed that limit , should be investigated and cars they own etc should be taken into consideration.
