DVLA Credit Card Surcharges
From April 6th 2013 there is a ban on excessive surcharges for using a credit card to pay a bill.

And yet the DVLA continue to apply a blanket £2.50 surcharge for paying for road tax online.
Surely the governmant should abide by their own rules and guidelines?
