Bring school timings forward by an hour to start at 8AM
Cannot see any reason for starting schools at 9, same time as most offices. If it is brought forward by an hour it will help parents drop their kids to school in the mornings and reduce the rush hour traffic around 9 and also reduce risk of accidents to children and parents. In many countries schools start much earlier than offices.
