Kickboxing should be taught in primary schools from year 2+

It teaches :

•Fitness
•Self Defense
•Reduce stress/energy levels
•Improve co-ordination and flexibility
boosts self esteem
•encouragement
•Self Discipline
•Respect and friendship

It is non contact

it is a cheap sport with only pads and shorts and vest or t shirt needed and gloves.
