Minimum wage for all taxi and private hire car drivers

Additional Information

I am calling on the Government to ensure that all taxi and private hire car drivers, who don't own there own vehicles, to be paid the minimum wage, by the vehicle owners, and stop owners from claiming the driver is self employed when clearly they are not.
This would reduce the burden on the tax credit system, and stop drivers from having to work in excess of 70 hours a week putting customers lives in danger
