The UK Government should abolish epetitions
The UK Government's new epetition scheme is another attempt to make itself seem responsive to the concerns of, and somehow 'connected' to, the UK electorate. It is the latest product, therefore, of a disconnected political elite lacking its own vision and goals and determined to plough itself into yet more displacement activity. We should abolish this scheme and return to politics and politicians with vision and conviction.
You can't sign this petition because it was rejected. But you can still comment on it here at Repetition.me!
The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
There's already a petition about this issue. We cannot accept a new petition when we already have one about a very similar issue.
You are more likely to get action on this issue if you sign and share a single petition.
