We believe that Qualitative Easing should be from the bottom up and that the Govt should give each legal British citizen £6000
So far the Government has pumped billions of pounds into propping up the banks in the form of Qualitative Easing.
So far the money used has lost value due to falling share prices, has not been lent apart from at over-high interest rates, and is being used to pay bonuses instead of being aimed at helping the economy.
We believe that this moneyshould be given to the ordinary people to spend, save or pay off debts, invest or use as they see fit.
The result of bottom-up QE is that the money would be of more use to the British economy than wasting it on propping up private companies in the form of Banks and other financial institutions.
