National Grocery Card

Additional Information

Instead of handing over cash to those receiving state benefits I propose that a National Grocery Card be issued. With it the holder can only pay for food and necessities not luxuries or vices. If I as a worker struggling as many to live cannot afford desirables or holidays why should I finance those that don't... Discuss.
