PAYE deductions to be at 10p in the £

Additional Information

Deductions at source in form of PAYE to be reduced to 10p in every £1 earned. Ergo Low wage-earners of £200 per week shall contribute £2 to National purse. Higher wage-earners of £1,000 per week shall accordingly contribute £10. These contributions will be sufficient to keep our Country running smoothly, with no excess, so no problems on how same should be spent.
