Bring back 'Project Champion'
- To revive the 'Project Champion' scheme which was initiated (and discontinued) in 2010
- Place cameras in original areas (Sparkhill, Ward End, Washwood Heath) as well as possibly extending installation to Sparkbrook and other locations of concern
