We demand a maximum call charge for premium rate numbers that provide no product.
The practice of companies insisting on the use of 0844 and other premium rate numbers with no end product other than to resolve a query must be brought to a close.
This practice is nothing short of usury and companies deliberately keep people waiting for the duration of a medium term ice-age to drive up their own profits.
It must stop!
