Rolling tax exemption for cars over 40 years old

Additional Information

From April 1 2014, cars built before January 1st 1974 will be exempt from road tax.

This petition proposes that this becomes a rolling exemption. Thus cars built before January 1st 1975 will become tax exempt on April 1 2015... and so on.
