Transferable Maternity Pay
Equality in the workplace can not be fairly established until maternity pay can be transfered to either partner. Women of child bearing age are getting an unfair deal when it comes to getting jobs and until either partner can take the paid leave we will not get a fair deal.
Also maid leave should be allowed to be split for a phased return to work which will alieviate pressure for Businesses and fmilies alike.
