Pupil premium for basic rate tax tax payers

Additional Information

I would like the government to pay £900 per annum to basic rate tax payers who choose to send there child/children to independant schools.

I believe since the grammer school system was abolished fairness for people from all walks of life has been consigned to history.

I believe this measure would give low income parents a real choice for there child/children
and help social mobilty across our country
