Any change in the NHS must be evidenced or attached to the name of a champion
The NHS must remain-clinically and structurarily responsive to its target audience, and lean to operate without waste. The NHS has continually been changed by people with good ideas and better intentions.
There should be no futher changes in staffing or structure permitted in the NHS without one of two rules being adhered to. 1- That there is published evidence that the change is likely to be an improvement - not just a change and/or 2- The change is attached to a named person (a champion of the idea) who is responsible to ensure publication of demonstrable/measurable improvment within a pre agreed time frame.
Each change will deliver a clear improvement OR greater public knowledge (from a publically funded organisation)
