Exempt people from the "Bedroom Tax" if they undertame a level 1, 2, or 3 Open University, or college course
As the government and most people want to reduce unemployment, we call upon the government to acknowledge that reducing people's benefits doesn't suddenly enable them to get work and stop claiming benefits.
Instead, the government should encourage people to improve benefit claimants chances of employment by undertaking, and passing each assessment on level 1, 2, or 3, courses in return for returning full Housing Benefit to people affected by the “bedroom tax“.
This could be managed by government in conjunction with non-private colleges, and universities, including the open Ununiversity.
