Make Motorbike Leather Compulsary
There are idiots on our roads riding motorbikes with shorts and tshirts on!
We need to make it a legal requirement to wear Leathers on morbikes for safety reasons. This would also save the NHS money grafting skin onto riders who don't dress safely enough! They should also wear riding gloves!
