Amend the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act
The Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act has a section. That contains changes to UK copyright law which permit the commercial exploitation of images where information identifying the owner is missing,
This change is in breach of the Berne Convention and is a violation of Human rights. The right to own your own work.
The Act also fails to prohibit sub-licensing, meaning that once somebody has your work, they can wholesale it.
The Government should amend this act and remove this section from it.
