COUNCILS CHARGING FOR GARDEN WAISTE

We call on Government to take action against local government council for introducing 'hidden' increases.
Like the Wirral, Sefton is considering to make us pay for the facility which we have already paid for in our annual Council Tax charge, so as to keep within the Government's target for 2013/14 increase in Council Tax.
Government needs to penalise those councils for this corrupt practice & look to those who contribute nothing to the coffers to start paying (i.e.. reduce their benefits appropriately)
Will they charge for all RE_CYCLE items they gave bins for next?
