Fraud of mortgages and loan and the Mortgage Code of Practice The FOS will refuse to investigate these matters. Even though you may have a court order to show that a mortgage or loan was obtained by fraud as our case and proven in a high court. That case having already publicly discredited the findings of the F.O.S As the service responsible for returning the claimant to the position they would have been in had the issue not taken place the unacceptable behaviour by FOS. must be stopped.The FOS has provided it works hand in glove with the financial institutions that do the referrals, and is not as impartial as it would have us believe. The FOS is a confidence trick being played on unsuspecting claimants. As our case they was given the opportunity to rectify there mistakes but after talking to the Banks they refused to reopen the case and make them involved abide by their own rules there for It should be abolished at once and replaced with a service directly responsible to HMG.
