Make Tethering Horses Illegal
The tethering of horses is completely legal but by leaving a horse on a chain in a circle in a field with no shelter or proper food.
We want the tethering of horses made illegal as it is not fair on the animal and can cause distress. we also want those who tether horses and ponies prosecuted to the appropriate degree.
