Give the vote to Ex-Pats

Additional Information

There are an estimated 5million British Ex-Patriots living outside the UK and the majority have no vote.

Overseas constituents of comparable size to those in the UK should be set up so that MPs can be selected by the Ex-Patriots to represent their interests in the British Parliament.
