Listen To the Evidence
The impact of the Welfare and the NHS reforms has created emormous public and professional disquiet and continues to occupy Committee time investigating service failure.
The Governments NHS 2012 Act must meet the requirements of s11 of the Enterprise Act 2002 to have a mechcanism for handling a Super Complaint.
A Super Complaint is described as behaviour that causes significant harm to consumers and requires a designated body to examine the totality of complaints being made.
No such mechcanism or body exists for doing this in health and social care.
This means there is no effective overall remedy to address the totality of complaints about the impact the Welfare and NHS reforms are having.
This petition is calling on the Department of Health to aggregate all complaints made about the Welfare and NHS reforms as one Super Complaint.
