ofsted not to give schools notice when visiting for inspection

Additional Information

A school has just recieved a good ofsted report because the staff spent two days before the inspection out of the class preparing for the ofsted visit, instead of working with the class and helping with the daily issues as these issues were neglected because they were preparing for ofsted.
Plus two classes have only had one member of staff in for a whole year but on the two day visit they had extra staff to look good and gain the good report.
